I visited
LA/OL-200 Segalstadsæterkampen for the first time today. It is a very easy
summit to activate. I parked at N 61° 27.845 E 010° 7.066, which is around 10-15 minutes
away. At the summit it is plenty of opportunities to find a place to erect the
antenna.
As usual I used
a linked dipole and a FT-817ND.
All QSOs
were on 20 meter. I started with SSB. The conditions were not great (as usual),
but I worked 9 stations. I then QSYed to CW, and worked 5 more stations.
On my
return, I had a nice eye-ball QSO with LA5WNA. He had also planned to activate
the summit.
