It was a
beautiful day, sunny and warm, and I decided to have a walk to Grønliåsen for
an activation.
I used the
HB-1B and a linked dipole. The HF conditions were really terrible. I made
numerous calls on 40, 30, and 20 meters, but it didn’t result in more than 5
QSOs. I wondered if the conditions were that bad, or if it simply was little
activity on the bands. (When I came home and looked at reversebeacon.net, it
was easy to see that the bands were in a bad shape.)
DXCCs: DL,
OH, OK.
